Return and exchange instructions

(1). Goods within 7 days after signing, and keep the original packaging of goods in good condition, unused, accessories complete.

- Return and exchange process

- Wait for review
- Our customer service staff will review your application within 2 working days after receiving it and communicate with you about the treatment plan.
3. Send back goods
- If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please be sure to use a traceable express delivery method to return the goods, and keep the tracking number.
4. Refund or exchange
- We will refund or exchange the goods according to your requirements after receiving your returned goods and confirming that they are correct.
- The refund will be returned to your payment account, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
- An exchange or refund will be issued [within 5 days of receiving your return and exchange].
5.. Freight borne
