Pet Names Supported in English Only By default, pet names are stamped in English only. If you wish to use other languages, please contact customer service to customize a dedicated mold (additional charges apply).
Characteristics of Brass Material Brass material naturally oxidizes over time and is prone to scratches. These features give it a vintage aesthetic. A polishing cloth is included with the product to help with maintenance and care.

Standard Tag Production Time Each tag requires manual stamping of patterns, letters, and numbers. The production process is complex, and standard tags are usually shipped within 8 days.
Custom Text/Name Production Time For custom text or names requiring exclusive mold design, the production time is longer, and such products are usually shipped within 15 days.
